Easy Appetizer for Movie Night Entertaining!

on

I love cozying up on a warm fall night and watching a really great movie and one of my favorite things about watching movies at home is snacking on whatever I want! Inspired by the new new movie “Burnt”, staring Bradley Cooper and Sienna Miller, I wanted to create an appetizer that had a gourmet feel, but was easy to prepare. While there are other attributes to the movie besides food, its hard to ignore the amazing food that it shown throughout the movie. Two of my favorite foods in the world are cheese and bread and I immediately knew any appetizer featuring those two things would be an instant success.

Blue Cheese is one of my all time favorites, so I decided to pair it with a delicious fresh baked bread from my local bakery. Just a few minutes before sitting down to watch the movie, warm your bread in the oven for a warm and delicious appetizer. The sharp taste of the Castello Danish Blue combined with the sweet taste of the white chocolate cranberry bread is perfection. Plus its a no fuss appetizer that you and your guests will love. You can also add a creamy Castello Havarti cheese and an additional tasty option.
