Happy Monday! I hope all of my readers had a fabulous weekend! On Saturday, I was browsing through Pinterest and came across a pin that lead to how to take a detox Bath. I had all of the ingredients at home. So I thought why not give it a try. Here were the instructions:
1. Fill your bath tub with comfortably hot water
2. Add Epsom Salt
3. Add Ground ginger or ginger tea
4. Add aromatherapy oils
5. Swish all the ingredients together in the tub and soak for 20-40 minutes. (the longer the better)
I have to say, it was great. I was so relaxed and I did sweat. So hopefully all those bad toxins came right out!
