A Healthier Me

Last August, I had a beautiful baby girl named Ella and unlike most celebrity moms, it has been quite the challenge to loose the extra “baby weight.” So, I have developed a plan. After doing some research, I found this eating plan by Jillian Michaels. I like it because it tells you exactly what to eat and includes recipes. No fitness plan is successful without exercise. So, I have found a great toning plan I can do in the morning and add some extra cardio by walking at night. The morning fitness plan is call the 5-4-3-2-1 plan. I love it because its quick, and very effective. Wish me luck! This gal needs to fit back into all her stylish clothes! 🙂
